Every participant who is applying to any Chaka-Runa Program, despite the unprecedented National Pandemic Emergency, must read in full, accept and sign the following Consent.

 

We formally request that all participants act in a responsible way for the common health of everyone, and refrain from applying to any of our Programs if you have been exposed to, or contaminated by the Covid-19 virus in the past 14 days. 

 

As in any other current situation where people gather in groups, despite our physical safety distancing and sanitation procedures and policies, and following all instructions provided by the government, there is still an unavoidable risk of being inadvertently exposed to Covid-19 when participating in our Programs. Since the safety of all participants is paramount to us, we do not promote nor urge anyone to continue with, or sign up to our Programs while the Covid-19 pandemic is still ongoing.

 

If you still wish to participate in our Programs, understand and acknowledge that you do this at your own risk and forever release and discharge our practice and Chaka-Runa from any and all liabilities related to being affected in any way or form by the Covid-19 before, during and after our Programs. 

 

Moreover, by signing this Consent you accept any potential health risk, and release our practice and Chaka-Runa from any claim or request of receiving any financial compensation or medical care attributable to the Covid-19.
