Last day of arrival in the city of Tarapoto is 16th February, and we will leave the venue early in the morning on 27th February.
OPT 2 - 11-Day Amazon Dieta: 3rd – 13th March
Last day of arrival in the city of Tarapoto is 2nd March, and we will leave the venue early in the morning on 13th March.
OPT 3 - 11-Day Amazon Dieta: 18th – 28th March
Last day of arrival in the city of Tarapoto is 17th March, and we will leave the venue early in the morning on 28th March.

OPT 1 - 7-Day Q'eros Nation Pilgrimage: 2nd – 8th June
The last day to arrive in the city of Cusco is 30th May, at least three days before the start of the program, to acclimatize to the high altitude, and we will return to Cusco on 8th June.

HOW TO APPLY FOR YOUR DIETA
1. Complete your Application Form, agree to Terms and Conditions and pay the “Save My Spot” deposit flat fee per program using the Wise or Revolut payment links provided on our website;
2. Submit screenshot of your payment confirmation along with the Dieta you wish to join and your preferred accommodation type via contact@chaka-runa.com;
3. Your spot in the Dieta will be confirmed via contact@chaka-runa.com as soon as the 'Save My Spot' deposit is received;
4. Pay the remaining balance in full before the final due date using the Wise or Revolut payment links provided on our website;
5. Submit a screenshot of your final payment confirmation via contact@chaka-runa.com;
6. Receive confirmation of your Dieta booking via contact@chaka-runa.com.
RESERVATION & DISCOUNT POLICY
1. Reservation Policy
To reserve your space in any Chaka-Runa Dieta or Pilgrimage, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. This deposit confirms your commitment to your chosen program.

Deposit Amount: $1,000 per Dieta (per program).

Your spot in the dieta will be confirmed as soon as the deposit is received.
2. Available discounts:
2.1. Former Dieta Participant Discount
Save 5% if you already did a Dieta with Don Gino. Please make sure to fill in the former dieta participant box on the application form with the date of your previous dieta.
2.2. Early Bird Discount
Save 10% when you decide to go for the early bird and pay in full before designated deadline: 31st October 2026.
2.3. Back 2 Back Dietas Discounts
To honor the depth and commitment of those joining two or more Dietas in succession in 2027 (the Amazon Dietas and/or the Sacred Valley Retreat), we offer a special Back 2 Back (B2B) discount: you will receive a 20% discount on the total price for the two programs of your choice, plus an extra 10% discount on every additional program you join after that.
The Former Dieta Participant, Early Bird discount, Mystic Tour and Family Diet are not applied to Back 2 Back packages, as these journeys already include a significant bundled reduction. This helps us keep pricing fair and sustainable while still offering meaningful savings to those walking the extended path.
3. Final Payment Deadline
We kindly request that the remaining balance for each Dieta of your choice to be settled no later than six weeks prior to the program's commencement.
Please note that a participant's place is only considered fully reserved once the final payment has been received.

Please note that Tambo and Glamping lodging options apply exclusively to our Amazon-based Dietas.
We currently offer: 20 Tambos and 7 Glampings.

After many years of maintaining our prices, we have updated them to reflect the real cost of hosting Dietas in our brand new Healing Center and Eco Village, to be able to make it happen.
We do our best to provide affordable services, accessible to all.
To support those in need, we offer the possibility of installment payments, allowing participants to join our programs with greater ease and flexibility.

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Application & Confirmation

Your participation in any Chaka-Runa Program will only be confirmed after your Application Form and ‘Save My Spot’ deposit have been received, reviewed and approved by our support team.

Please do not make any travel arrangements or incur expenses until you receive formal approval. Chaka-Runa is not responsible for any flight or travel costs incurred prior to confirmation.
Deposit Policy
To reserve your place in a Chaka-Runa Program, a non-refundable “Save My Spot” deposit is required at the time of registration. This deposit supports the ceremonial and logistical preparations that begin as soon as your application is received.

Purpose: Submitting a deposit secures your place in the specific program.

Approval Process: Once the 'Save My Spot" deposit is received and your application is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email securing your spot. If Not Approved - your deposit will be fully refunded.

Final Payment: Once approved, full payment must be completed by the final due date. Failure to do so will result in your spot being reassigned to someone else and no refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
We understand that life is unpredictable, and while we hold space for compassion, we also uphold clear boundaries to protect the integrity of our programs and the community we serve.
Deposits

All “Save My Spot” deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations at any time before program start date

If you cancel your booking at any point before your program start date, your payment becomes non-refundable, unless you will find a replacement to take your spot, in which case you can arrange the financial exchange directly with them, and we will simply transfer the booking to their name, providing that their application is submitted and approved by Chaka-Runa.
Exceptions
If you cancel within 4 weeks of the program start date, we may offer a refund of your payment—excluding the deposit—or a credit toward a future retreat, in rare and serious cases such as:

A life-threatening illness or injury (with a doctor’s note);

A death or critical emergency in your immediate family;
-
Major travel disruptions, natural disasters, or government restrictions that prevent your arrival.

Program Cancellations
If Chaka-Runa cancels a program:

Due to low enrollment, all payments will be refunded

Due to natural disasters, political unrest, or public health emergencies, payments will be credited toward a future program
Please note: Chaka-Runa is not responsible for any travel-related expenses, including flights, accommodations, or other pre-paid costs.
No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

Late arrivals or early departures;
-
General travel delays or cancellations that are not related to the major disruptive event;
-
Minor illness or non-critical personal circumstances not covered in the exeptions above;
-
Cancellations made after the program has begun.
