I consciously declare that I understand and accept that for any Chaka-Runa Programs to be kept safe, PRIVACY and CONFIDENTIALITY will be carried out at all times.

I consciously declare that I commit to keep all the information I have been given about the Program TO MYSELF and maintain ABSOLUTE PRIVACY and TOTAL CONFIDENTIALITY, at all times, before, during and after the Program. This information includes but is not limited to Dates, Location, Costs, Organizers, Assistants, Promotors, Shamans, Owner of the Venue, and whoever else is involved in the organization of any Chaka-Runa Program.

 

I understand and accept this AGREEMENT OF CONFIDENTIALITY and commit to not share any of the information in my knowledge related to any Chaka-Runa Program, neither through private messages, nor publicly through social media, cellular, mail or any other way any.

I consciously declare, that I am aware that breaking the AGREEMENT OF CONFIDENTIALITY might cause the cancellation of the Program, affecting negatively the Organizers, Assistants, Promotors, Shamans, Owner of the Venue and whoever else is involved in the organization of the Program, and possibly causing emotional trauma on Participants that might be in urgent need to take part in a Chaka-Runa Program. For this, I acknowledge that I could be held accountable regarding any unforeseen consequences. 

 

I understand and accept that I shall not discuss the details of other patient’s ceremonies or experiences without their expressed permission in writing. This includes mentioning other patients by name or identifying details in any form, private or public (such as but not limited to: social media, blogging, reviews).

 

At Chaka-Runa all participant’s records and personal information are kept in a confidential manner. We do take group photos at the end of the Programs which are used anonymously in the Chaka-Runa website and social media platforms. By signing this I agree and give permission to Chaka-Runa to use any photos for these purposes.
